Join us for a critical webinar focusing on how U.S. military exercises in the Asia-Pacific under PACOM widely spread repression and violence against people's movements and struggles for self-determination. 

In addition to the well-documented harms to the land and people that U.S. war games bring, speakers will share first hand testimony of the counterinsurgency and suppression tactics of governments that go hand in hand with exercises. People who resist the occupation of their land, genocide and ecocide against their people, are targeted by state counterinsurgency operations, under the name of “security”, “counter terrorism” or “national development” that, in truth, slaughter and massacre civilians and criminalize just resistance.

This repression sparks even more resistance! Our anti-war movements must rally and support people's movements for self-determination and expose these U.S. backed military attacks.

The continued surge in simultaneous multi-front exercises across the region, including the U.S.'s largest-ever Balikatan (Philippines), Valiant Shield (Guam, Hawai'i and Japan), RIMPAC (Hawai'i), Pitch Black (Australia), Super Garuda Shield (Indonesia), Freedom Shield (Korea) reflects a shift toward a more well connected and interoperable alliance architecture designed to wage wars of suppression against the people, while continuing the build-up toward large scale war with China. 

The webinar will advance the ongoing People's Caravan Against War Drills campaign and the call to struggle for sovereignty, while making clear how resisting these exercises is integral to broader liberation struggles.⁩

The Resist US-Led War Movement,  International League of People's Struggles–U.S. and the United National Anti-War Coalition are planning a Peace Forum on May 30, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. in the Bay Area. Doors open at 6pm.

The recent joint U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran expose the true nature of these campaigns as wars of aggression, not defense. Just as the 2003 Iraq invasion was built on the lie of "weapons of mass destruction," current threats against Iran rely on US lies. Leading up to the Feb. 28 strikes, the Trump regime spewed blatant lies about Iran's intention to develop nuclear weapons, in the same vein as the false pretense of "weapons of mass destruction" that was used to justify the 2003 war on Iraq. Trump also fear-mongered that the "Iranian regime seeks to kill" and is an imminent threat to the US.

This is not about protecting American citizens; it is about enforcing U.S. and Israeli dominance in the region through regime change, following a playbook that has already murdered millions of people in Iraq, Palestine, Syria, Libya, Lebanon and Afghanistan. The U.S. narratives of bringing "democracy" to Iran are paper thin - as Trump himself is saying he will decide who the new leader of Iran will be. Trump is appealing to other nations - from Kurdistan to Ukraine to try and wrangle soldiers to send as boots on the ground in another move of desperation. The U.S. has no grounds or right to intervene in, station its military bases in, or bomb other countries to pursue its agenda, using diplomacy as distraction tactics in Geneva to conceal its true, fascistic intentions. The U.S. government’s actions, from unlawful interventions in Venezuela to the blockade of Cuba, prove that it operates as the primary source of terror and instability in the world today.

Our anti-war movements have a clear stance: from veterans, to families of service members, to young people considering enlistment - we will not fight or die in U.S. wars for imperialism and Zionism. There is no flag large enough to cover the shame of killing innocent people in this utterly depraved and criminal US war against Iran, Lebanon and Palestine. Young people are organizing against enlisting in the military knowing full well that they will be used as expendable cannon fodder in these illegal wars. The crisis of our current systems causes extreme poverty, lack of education opportunities - creating a poverty draft and pipeline that funnels the desperate into uniform to die for the profits of foreign occupation of the US elite and war profiteers, especially exploiting Black, brown, migrant and Indigenous poor communities. U.S. veterans who have carried out America's wars from Vietnam to Iraq are campaigning to resist this dangerous and illegal war against Iran. There are legal mechanisms to request conscientious objection, and organizations that can guide those who decide not to participate in acts of war. Soldiers are already coming back to the US draped in American Flags in coffins. Veterans organizations are preparing and calling on GI's to resist illegal orders from Minneapolis to Tehran.

Join Resist US-Led War Movement, the International League of Peoples Struggles (ILPS) and United National Anti-War Coalition (UNAC) in a mass online indignation rally against the joint assault by the Zionist entity of "Israel" and the United States on the Islamic Republic of Iran. The US war machine, fueled by a global network of military bases and billions in Pentagon spending, is raining destruction on Iran, Palestine, and Lebanon, following decades of hybrid warfare against Iran and regional resistance. The US-Israel war on committing every kind of war crime - murdering civilians, targeting hospitals and schools, and targeting gas and oil depots and refineries causing catastrophic ecological damage and massive illness and suffering. انضموا إلى الرابطة الدولية لنضال الشعوب وحركة مقاومة الحرب التي تقودها الولايات المتحدة في تظاهرة عالمية عبر الإنترنت للتعبير عن الغضب والاحتجاج ضد الهجوم المشترك الذي تشنه الكيان الصهيوني المسمّى «إسرائيل» والولايات المتحدة على الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية.

إن آلة الحرب الأمريكية، المدعومة بشبكة عالمية من القواعد العسكرية ومليارات الدولارات من إنفاق البنتاغون، تدمّر إيران وفلسطين ولبنان بعد عقود من الحرب الهجينة ضد إيران وقوى المقاومة في المنطقة. وترتكب حرب الولايات المتحدة و«إسرائيل» شتى أنواع جرائم الحرب، من قتل المدنيين واستهداف المستشفيات والمدارس إلى قصف مستودعات ومصافي الغاز والنفط، مما يسبب كوارث بيئية وأمراضاً ومعاناة إنسانية واسعة.

ستُحاسَب الولايات المتحدة و«إسرائيل» على كل قطرة دم سُفكت في هذه الحرب ذات الأهداف الإمبريالية.

وفي إطار الدفاع المشروع عن النفس، ردّت إيران وقوى المقاومة في المنطقة على الهجمات التي استهدفت القواعد الأمريكية التي تمكّن هذه الاعتداءات. وقد ساعدت هذه القواعد في تنفيذ غارات وقصف أدى إلى استشهاد أكثر من ألف إيراني وأكثر من 700 لبناني منذ بداية الحرب في 28 شباط/فبراير 2026، إضافة إلى ملايين الضحايا في الحروب التي شهدتها منطقة غرب وجنوب آسيا، في العراق وسوريا وليبيا ولبنان وأفغانستان وباكستان واليمن.

إن شعوب المنطقة، بصوت واحد، ترفض الحروب التي لا تنتهي، وتنهض للدفاع عن السيادة الوطنية ووقف هذه الحرب. إننا نناضل من أجل سلام عادل ودائم، وندعم إنهاء الوجود الأمريكي-الأطلسي-الصهيوني في غرب آسيا، والدفاع عن حق الشعوب في تقرير مصيرها الحقيقي.
